The ILUMA Scanner includes 3 hours of remote software training before installation, 2 days of onsite training and 3 hours of remote follow-up training.
Online Training
Online training is conducted with our KODAK MASTERWORKS Online Courses, which help you take full advantage of the features of your ILUMA Vision 3D Software. Courses consist of a series of separate, small, online classes, approximately an hour long each, so you can fit them into your busy day. You'll learn the latest techniques from a certified trainer in a live, collaborative forum with other users. If you miss a class or need to step away for a moment, the sessions are recorded so you can view them again at any time. You can also follow up with questions for the trainer in chat sessions open to MASTERWORKS Online participants.
On-Site Training
We offer onsite training for 2 days with an ILUMA Scanner installation. Our expert Kodak trainers work with your equipment and your patient data in the comfort of your own office. Plus, our on-site digital imaging training can be customized to meet the special needs of any practice.
Our on-site training includes:
- Customized expert training with a Kodak trainer at your practice.
- Instruction on utilizing basic and advanced product features.
- Positioning tips and techniques.
- A question and answer session.
- Hints to improve productivity by utilizing software features.
