Rebecca Adams
Rebecca Adams’s career as a dental professional spans 30 years, and whether serving in an orthodontic or dental practice or in her community, Rebecca’s enthusiasm is obvious. Rebecca has served as a registered dental assistant in an orthodontic practice and as a dental assistant, appointment coordinator, and insurance and financial coordinator in a general dental practice.
About 12 years ago, Rebecca took her enthusiasm for dental practices into training. Now, Rebecca encourages dental teams to embrace the newest technology and trains them to use all the features of their software. She looks for opportunities to share her own experiences to improve each team. Currently, Rebecca is a Certified Dental Trainer for PracticeWorks Systems, LLC. She trains our customers on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software and KODAK Dental Imaging Software.

Diane Boyan
Diane Boyan has worked closely with dental offices since 1991 when she began working for the KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software dealer in her area. During her tenure there, Diane worked closely with clients from many perspectives: she implemented and supported the software, and also trained customers. In addition, she served as a customer care representative. Diane became an expert with SOFTDENT Software; and in 2002; Diane joined the PracticeWorks training team.
Since 2005, Diane has served as a dental training manager. She leads a team of practice management and imaging trainers and is actively involved in creating training material for our clients.

Judi Cunningham
With more than 18 years of dental software training experience and 29 years of dental background, Judi Cunningham has a lot to offer our clients. Judi began as an orthodontic assistant, and since that time has been everything from Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to dental office manager, from sales representative to hardware technician.
Judi began training users on practice management software in 1991. In 1997, she started working with KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software as a sales and training representative. Judi joined PracticeWorks Systems, LLC in 2005 as a Certified Dental Trainer. She is enthusiastic and is known for using her sense of humor in the classroom. Judi’s goal when teaching is to provide quality instruction that is both educational and enjoyable. Her passion for training our clients helps her meet her goal.

Frank Dias
Frank Dias graduated from the University of Bombay with a bachelor's degree in business management. He has more than ten years as a technical support specialist—including four years supporting KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software—and four more years as a Certified Dental Trainer. Consistent with his background, Frank focuses on a positive customer experience and service.
Frank delivers both administrative and charting training to users of KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software. He specializes in teaching clients to use PracticeWorks software to increase their productivity and serve patients better.

Connie Dodier
Connie Dodier has more than 20 years in the dental profession. For more than 16 years, Connie worked in a dental practice using KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software. Connie was the dental business manager responsible for organizing the administrative and clinical workflow, including coordination of patient treatment. She managed the practice’s payables and receivables, insurance, and payroll.
In 2005, Connie joined PracticeWorks’ training team and has enjoyed sharing her experience with others. Connie’s goal is to help improve client productivity. She encourages clients to take steps that will improve their daily routines. Connie Dodier is a Certified Dental Trainer who trains clients on KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software and Kodak Dental Imaging software.

Shannon Gardner
Shannon Gardner was born into a life of dentistry. Her father is a dentist, and she learned the business from the ground up. In her thirty years in dentistry, Shannon has worked as a lab tech, sterilization tech, expanded duty dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and practice manager for a large specialty practice. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in business administration with two areas of emphasis: marketing and international business.
While guiding her last practice through the conversion process to KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software, Shannon discovered an aptitude for working with the software and teaching others. From there, she consulted and was a contract trainer until she joined the PracticeWorks training team in 2000. Shannon moved into her current role as a training manager in 2004. She leads a team of imaging trainers who train our clients on 2D and 3D imaging software and hardware. Shannon also shares her clinical expertise in the development of our imaging training.

Nancy Glover
Nancy Glover has more than 25 years experience in healthcare. She has trained users on both medical and dental software. She has a passion for ensuring that every team member has an understanding of the program so that they can build a foundation for successful long-term use. Nancy’s hospital experience includes managing data entry, developing standardized forms programs, and implementing several practice management applications. These experiences prepared her for her current role.
Nancy joined PracticeWorks Systems, LLC in 2001 as a Certified Dental Trainer. She trains our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software and uses her experiences to instill confidence in each person that she trains.

Renae Hall
Renae Hall has worked in the dental profession for more than 20 years. During this time, she served as a financial and insurance coordinator and a business and office manager. Renae was a motivator for the practices she managed; she worked with the doctors to set and achieve goals.
Renae brought her experience and motivation with her and has been sharing it with PRACTICEWORKS’ clients since 2004 as a Certified Dental Trainer. Renae provides expert training for KODAK dental imaging systems and KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software and charting module. She enjoys helping clients improve their efficiency by using software to work smarter, not harder.

Lee Ann Hebert
Lee Ann Hebert has more than 34 years of experience in the dental profession. She has served as a chair-side assistant, office administrator, financial and insurance coordinator, and dental trainer. Lee Ann has a degree in computer information systems from Sowella Technical College. She has done testing, training, and documentation for software companies, and she is passionate about helping people get the most from their systems.
Lee Ann is patient and strives to get people excited about learning. Since joining PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in May 2003 as a Certified Dental Trainer, she has combined her knowledge of computer systems and dental practice management to helped hundreds of practices streamline the front office and clinical workflows. Lee Ann trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT practice management software.

Linda Holder
Linda Holder graduated with honors from Palm Beach Community College with an associate’s degree in Dental Assisting. For 15 years, Linda excelled as a certified expanded duties dental assistant: first in a prosthodontic dental practice and then in a general dental practice. While working as a cross-trained assistant, Linda learned SOFTDENT software and digital radiography.
Linda became a Certified Trainer for PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2002. She draws upon her extensive knowledge of the workings of a dental office to help teams excel. She shares her experiences, and those of the hundreds of clients she has trained, to get clients excited about their technology and what it can do for their practice. Linda trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT practice management software and KODAK dental imaging systems. She is a leader on the dental training team where she serves as a Dental Coach.

Mary Holliday
Mary Holliday has been in dentistry for more than 35 years. She went to the Pankey Institute to learn dental assisting, was a Registered Dental assistant in California, served as a Navy Dental Assistant for four years, and worked in a dental practice for 26 years as a dental assistant and front office coordinator.
Six years ago, Mary joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC. She is a Certified Dental Trainer who trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT Software and KODAK dental imaging systems. Mary is passionate about helping dental practices make a smooth transition from paper charts and chemically processed radiographs to fully automated practices that include computerized practice management, charting, and digital imaging. She shares her experiences and encourages clients to use their systems to the fullest.

Amir Kaltak
Amir Kaltak has more than seven years experience in the dental field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the State University of New York. Amir used KODAK dental imaging software and KODAK RVG sensors in a dental practice prior to joining PRACTICEWORKS. This on-the-job experience helps him relate to the clients that he trains.
Amir joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2005 as a Certified Dental Trainer. Since then, he has trained hundreds of offices online and on-site. Amir believes in the quality and future of KODAK dental imaging products and is excited about 3D software. He shares his knowledge enthusiastically with every practice he encounters.

Albert Keith
In 1982, Albert “Bert” Keith began his career in the dental field, first loading and unloading boxes for a dental supply company. He went on to become a dental sales consultant and in 1987, began working with dental computer systems. In 1999, he helped introduce the first web-based dental practice management application. Bert has his B.S. degree in Finance from Boston College. He is a member of the Microsoft Ambassador program and lectures on Microsoft technologies, and was a part-time professor of computer science at Strayer University.
Bert joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2001 and has worked with hundreds of dental practices. He has presented at dental conventions and is currently a Certified Dental Trainer who trains clients on KODAK SOFTDENT and KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software.

Marie King
Marie King has worked in the dental field for more than 30 years. For the first 20 years, she worked in dental practices serving as a dental assistant, scheduling coordinator, insurance and financial coordinator; and she also did payroll and accounts receivables. In 1996, she discovered KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software and quickly became its #1 fan. She implemented PRACTICEWORKS Software into the practice where she worked and continued to recommend it to other dental practices.
In 1998, Marie left the dental office to pursue a career as a contract trainer. In 2000, she joined the PracticeWorks training team and trained our clients on PRACTICEWORKS Software for two years. Marie moved into her current position of dental training manager in 2002. She manages a group of trainers who train our clients on practice management and imaging products. Marie feels fortunate to work for a company that is on the cutting edge of dentistry.

Graciela Orozco
Graciela Orozco has been in the dental profession for 20 years. She served as a business assistant for a large dental clinic, managed a multi-doctor practice, and then became a Certified Dental Trainer. Gracie is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has excellent organizational skills and has worked with general dentists and a variety of specialty doctors such as periodontists and orthodontists.
Graciela joined the PRACTICEWORKS Systems LLC team of dental trainers in 2001. She trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT and PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software and charting modules. She has a passion to share her knowledge and has helped many practices improve their efficiency and streamline their daily workflow.

Kathy Overman
Kathy Overman joined the PRACTICEWORKS’ training team in 2001 bringing more than 30 years of dental experience. Kathy has worked in private practice, consulting, and training, and she combines her experiences for the benefit of our clients.
Kathy’s goal is to help dental offices achieve a positive work environment and a positive dental experience for their patients. She has helped hundreds of dental practices make the transition to the newest technology, and she looks for opportunities to help teams improve their processes along the way. Kathy is a Certified Trainer who trains our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS and KODAK SOFTDENT Software, their respective charting modules, and KODAK dental imaging systems.

Kathy Patrick
Kathy Patrick has been in the dental industry since 1978 when she received her diploma in Dental Assisting from Rowan Technical Institute. She worked as a chairside assistant and a front desk and office manager for 23 years, nearly 20 in the same practice. Kathy has held positions with the North Carolina Dental Assistants Association, including president of the association.
Kathy was a PRACTICEWORKS Software user and enjoyed working with the software so much that she wanted to become a Certified Trainer. She joined the PracticeWorks’ training team in 2001. She trains our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software and KODAK dental imaging systems. Kathy enjoys opportunities to share her experiences with our clients, including those users at military bases and ships. She has been a speaker at our annual Dental Users’ Conference since its inception.

Debi Peterson
Debi Peterson has a degree in computer programming and technology from Michigan State University. With experience in both restaurant and dental software, Debi always looks for ways to streamline processes.
Debi started with PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2000 as a Certified Dental Trainer. She has trained our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software and KODAK Cosmetic Imaging Software. She is patient and strives to get people excited about learning. She can create user-defined contact and analysis experts to help clients produce customized reports. Debi is also a leader on the training team, where she serves as dental coach and helps trainers look for ways to make things easy for every practice that they train.

Lorie Poe
Lori Poe has enjoyed her career as a dental professional for more than 30 years. She received her dental hygiene degree from the Loyola University School of Dentistry and a B.S. in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis. Lori spent more than 25 years in the dental office with a focus on clinical applications. In practices using software charting modules, she developed and implemented soft tissue management programs.
Lori joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2005 as a Certified Dental Trainer of KODAK dental imaging systems. She shares her dental knowledge and practical application of imaging software and digital sensors. Lori’s specialty is connecting with clients who have limited computer experience. Lori loves helping clients realize the possibilities they have with KODAK dental systems.

Wendy Potts
Wendy Potts used SOFTDENT Software daily while an office manager for seven years; there she developed a passion for the software and what it can do to increase productivity. For more than 20 years since, Wendy has trained our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT Software and KODAK dental imaging systems.
Wendy looks for opportunities to learn, and is focused on topics she can share with clients. She has attended countless seminars on practice management, and she has taken classes on products like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Wendy attended the University of Pittsburgh to receive her radiography certification. Her experience and willingness to share her knowledge make her a leader on the training team where she is a Certified Trainer and Dental Coach.

Janet Rengert
Janet Rengert’s career as a dental professional spans more than 30 years. Currently, Janet Rengert is a Certified Dental Trainer and Dental Training Coach for PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC. She trains both KODAK SOFTDENT practice management software and KODAK dental imaging software, and she is a leader amongst the dental training team.

Donna Roane
Donna Roane has worked in the dental industry for more than 22 years. She served as clinical assistant, insurance coordinator, and practice manager in several different practices and specialties, including general dentistry, endodontics, and orthodontics. Donna set up multiple practices and trained team members on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software for several years before her passion for using the software led to her career in training.
Donna joined PracticeWorks as a practice management trainer in 2000. She trained clients on the software for two years and then moved into her current role as a dental training manager. Donna manages a group of practice management and imaging trainers, and is actively involved in training the trainers.

Linda Roddick
Linda Roddick’s career as a dental professional spans more than 20 years. Linda worked as a Registered Dental Assistant and back office Supervisor for more than 14 years at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in southern California. During this time, Linda also worked for the California Board of Dental Examiners as a Registered Dental Assistant Examiner. Having taken teaching courses at Cal State University San Bernardino, Linda decided to pursue a new path, and in 2004, Linda joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC. As a Certified Dental Imaging Trainer, Linda provides expert training with positive motivation to hundreds of dental staff members each year as they transition to digital imaging.

Josh Rogers
Joshua Rogers has been described as someone who puts clients at ease. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University. He has experience in information technology and a passion for helping customers. This combination helps him to understand the growing needs of high-tech, high-touch dental practices.
Josh joined PracticeWorks in 2004 as a SOFTDENT Software technical support professional. Josh was a go-to person among the support team; and in 2005, Josh brought his knowledge and commitment to excellence to the training team. Now he trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software. Josh loves seeing SOFTDENT Software help a practice be successful at what they do – dentistry.

Mindy Salzman
Mindy Salzman is a Certified Fraud Examiner with 25 years of accounting experience. She has a degree in Finance from Simmons College and a teaching certificate in Business from Salem State College. She has been a trainer in the dental industry for more than 16 years; she has trained our clients on PRACTICEWORKS software for 14 of those. Mindy’s specialty is helping doctors in the detection and prevention of embezzlement in their practices.
Mindy’s knowledge of KODAK PRACTICEWORKS practice management software is excellent. This expertise combined with her accounting experience helps her provide insights to clients on using the software to help run their dental practices.

Ron Schindler
Before joining PRACTICEWORKS in 2001, Ron was part of a small reseller where he gained experience working with medical and dental clients implementing new systems. His 24-years of experience include not only training, but sales, marketing, networking, implementation, configuration, and support of many hardware and software systems.
Ron now specializes in training, and he trains our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS practice management software, including the charting module. He trains clients online and on-site and has educated many in the MasterWorks Lecture Series. Ron is patient and flexible, and he prides himself on adapting his style to meet the client’s needs and learning styles.

Kirsten Sell
For more than 15 years, Kirsten Sell was a clinical assistant, office administrator, treatment coordinator, and practice management consultant. During that time, Kirsten gained a wealth of dental industry knowledge that she loves to share. Kirsten’s passion and dedication to working with dental practitioners routinely leads to her helping practices increase efficiency in processes and systems.
Kirsten joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC. in 2005 as a certified dental trainer. She trains our clients on KODAK SOFTDENT practice management software. Her comprehensive background in the clinical and administrative aspects of the dental industry combined with her studies of engineering and biology at the Georgia Institute of Technology makes her a valuable member of the training team.

Tiffany Shaw
Tiffany Shaw joined the PracticeWorks’ training team in 2005 after working in private practice for five years. Tiffany has worked as a chairside assistant and in the front office. Tiffany’s love of dentistry brought her to PracticeWorks Systems, LLC, and she is certified to train KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software and the KODAK dental imaging products.
Each year, Tiffany assists dental practices with their transition to SOFTDENT Software and charting module and to KODAK digital imaging systems. Tiffany’s goal is to make this transition smooth and enjoyable. She works to ensure that each dental practice is able to use their software to meet their goals, and she is enthusiastic in sharing her ideas and experiences.

Susan Sikora
Dr. Susan Sikora received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Illinois University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago: College of Dentistry. Dr. Sikora is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. All of her dental experience makes her a valuable resource at PracticeWorks Systems, LLC.
Dr. Sikora joined PracticeWorks in 2000 as a Certified Dental Trainer. Since then she has trained hundreds of clients to use KODAK PracticeWorks Practice Management Software and KODAK dental imaging systems to streamline their practices while increasing productivity She has been instrumental in the development of curriculum and training materials for many of the dental imaging products. Dr. Sikora lends her clinical knowledge and experience whenever she can – whether it is for trade shows, technical support, or training programs.

Alice Smith
Alice Smith has more than 30 of experience in the dental profession as a chair-side assistant, office administrator, and trainer. Since beginning her career at Rochester Dental Assistant School in New York, Alice has had a passion for her career. Alice worked in a private practice for 18 years, and served as clinical instructor at a dental assisting program in Youngstown, OH for ten years. Alice believes in giving back and gets involved in dental assisting at the state level. Alice is the current Vice-President of the Ohio Dental Assistant Association; she has previously served as President of this organization.
Alice joined our training team in 2005. She trains our customers on KODAK SOFTDENT and KODAK Dental Imaging Software. She has shared her enthusiasm and skill with hundreds of practices.

Judy Soltero
Judy Soltero graduated at the top of her dental assisting program in San Diego, California, and then she put her skills to work in dental practices for 15 years. Judy worked as a chairside assistant and the lead assistant in several different specialty practices, including periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Judy has experience as a treatment coordinator and whitening specialist; in these roles, she was responsible for presenting cases to patients.
Many of Judy’s experiences included work with digital products, and she developed a passion for using technology in dentistry. Judy joined PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC in 2004 as a Certified Dental Trainer. She trains our clients on KODAK dental imaging systems.

Tammy St. Angelo
Tammy St. Angelo has more than 20 years of experience in the dental profession as a chair-side assistant, office administrator, dental trainer/coach, and speaker. Since joining the PRACTICEWORKS’ training team in February 1999, she has trained hundreds of practices, and has shared her enthusiasm for dentistry as well as the software. Using her business degree and her software knowledge, she has empowered offices to meet and exceed their practice management goals. Tammy St. Angelo is a Certified Dental Trainer and Dental Training Coach for PRACTICEWORKS Systems, LLC. She trains both KODAK PRACTICEWORKS practice management software and KODAK dental imaging software, and she is a leader amongst the dental training team.

Julie Stone
Julie Stone has more than 25 years experience in the dental field as a dental assistant and office manager. She has worked in both general dentistry and specialty offices and enthusiastically shares her experiences with others. Julie joined the PracticeWorks’ training team in 2004. Since then, she has trained clients on KODAK dental imaging systems and KODAK SOFTDENT Practice Management Software throughout the country.
Julie enjoys helping dental practices make the transition to their new system. Her goal is to help practices use their software more efficiently, and she trains with this goal in mind. Whether clients are new to the system or experienced users, Julie works with them to ensure that they get the best possible training in practice management, charting, and imaging.

Jeannine Telfer
Jeannine Telfer has more than three decades of dental industry experience. She started her career as a Certified Dental Assistant, has been an instructor for a dental assistant program, and a corporate administrator for a large group multi-specialty practice. Jeannine was a contract trainer for several years before starting her own business, Smart Systems Solutions Inc. Her passion for training led her to create a company specializing in systems to improve practice efficiency. She has been involved in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for many years, and participates in ongoing education related to both dentistry and training.
Jeannine joined PracticeWorks as the national training manager in 2000. She leads a team of 60 full-time trainers with more than 1200 years of combined experience in the dental community. They train our clients on our dental, oral, and orthodontic practice management and imaging solutions. Her well-rounded team includes certified dental assistants, registered hygienists, office managers, and a dentist, in addition to former teachers, speakers, sales representatives, and technical support representatives.

Tina White
Tina White has more than fifteen years experience in the dental industry and in computer technology. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business from American River College in Sacramento, California with a concentration in technology. She uses her experiences with every client she trains, and she loves to help clients understand the power their system has to help them manage their business.
Tina has been at PRACTICEWORKS Systems LLC for ten years. She started as part of the PRACTICEWORKS software support team before moving to the training team. She trains our clients on KODAK PRACTICEWORKS and KODAK SOFTDENT practice management software. Tina has a passion for customer service and strives to make every client excited about keeping up with technology.

Meryl Wieder
Meryl Wieder joined the PRACTICEWORKS’ training team in January 2003 and has trained hundreds of practices. Specializing in KODAK dental imaging systems, including KODAK cosmetic imaging software, and KODAK SOFTDENT practice management and charting software, Meryl is committed to helping dental practices. Meryl teaches our clients to use technology to improve their workflow, increase their productivity, and to enhance their patient care.
Meryl has more than 25 years experience in private practice as an office manager, business manager, consultant and clinical assistant, and more than ten years training users in digital radiography techniques. Meryl uses her vast dental knowledge and technical know-how to help dental team members use their software to meet and exceed goals.

Mary Beth Williams
Mary Beth Williams has more than 17 years experience as a dental professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and she has held positions in private dental practices in five states. Having served as a business manager, office manager, accounts manager, and scheduling coordinator, Mary Beth wanted to share her experiences with others.
Mary Beth joined the PRACTICEWORKS’ training team in 2004. She uses her dental expertise to guide clients in mastering both the administrative and clinical tools available to them in KODAK SOFTDENT and KODAK PRACTICEWORKS practice management software. She combines her knowledge and experience to help our clients meet and exceed their practice goals.

Vicki Young
Vicki Young has more than 22 years experience in the software industry. She began working for a dental software company in 1990 and has been involved in administration, training, and sales. When this company became part of PracticeWorks, Vicki was instrumental in the development of the implementations process, working closely with new customers, sales representatives, trainers, and others to ensure that clients have a smooth transition to their new systems.
Currently, Vicki serves as a Dental Training Manager; she manages a group of practice management and imaging trainers and continues to work directly with clients whenever needed. Vicki also works with the dental training coaches, a group of advanced trainers who are responsible for mentoring and providing additional training for their peers. Vicki enjoys the challenges of her job.
