28 years ago, when Lois began her career as a dental receptionist, she
discovered simple practical methods for streamlining scheduling, resolving
outstanding insurance claims and decreasing accounts receivable. With the help of her newly found techniques,
she became financial manager of a large dental practice in Minneapolis. In this position she gained further
insights... becoming an "insurance detective", an accounts receivable expert,
team-building counselor and internal marketing guru. Soon, other offices were contacting her for
advice. All of this "hands-on"
experience has provided Lois a solid, practical foundation to help your
practice.
Lois
is a member of and on the executive board of directors for "Speaking and

universities and corporations and is the founder of a

and international meetings, and has presented over 600
lectures and workshops. Her newly
developed course in Digital Technology has put the

Toronto on
the leading edge in the educational system and has been

Universities. She is considered a leading authority in

entertaining award winning professional speaker and

Professionals and Communications. He is a Featured
